Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026 (draft)
In short: credits are not refundable once bought. If an ad fails for technical reasons and no ad is delivered, its credits come back to your account automatically.
1. Credit packs
Ad Flow Pilot is paid for with one-time, prepaid credit packs. Prices include GST.
2. No refunds on credits
- Used credits are not refunded.
- Unused credits and unused packs are not refunded.
- We do not refund an ad because you are unhappy with how it looks or sounds. Before anything is made, you approve the idea, script, lines and on-screen text (and, for some ads, the still frames), so you can check them first.
- Expired credits are not refunded. Credits are valid for: Teaser, Trailer and Short Film — 30 days; Feature and Blockbuster — 60 days; Director's Cut — 12 months, each from the date of purchase.
3. The one exception: a technical failure
If an ad fails for a technical reason — for example the video provider returns an error — and no ad is delivered, the credits used for that ad go back to your account automatically. We first try once more with a backup model at no extra cost; if that also fails, the job is marked failed and the credits are returned. This is a return of credits to your account, not a money refund. Credits returned this way keep their original expiry date; if that date has already passed when they come back, they are valid for 30 days from their return. A failed delivery is not the same as an ad you are unhappy with. How an AI model interprets an approved script and workflow is outside our control; an ad that was delivered is not a technical failure, and no credits are returned for it. Steps before the video is made (reading your product page, checking images) are not charged if they fail.
4. Re-renders
We do not re-make an ad for free because of its quality. You can report a glitch through the feedback option in your account, and we use reports to improve the service.
5. Cancellation
- Packs are single payments and do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
- You can cancel an ad any time before you send it to be made; no credits are used.
- Once an ad has been sent to be made, it cannot be cancelled and its credits are used (except for the technical-failure case above).
- You can close your account at any time (Terms §14). Unused credits are not refunded.
6. Payment errors
If you were charged twice for the same pack, or charged but received no credits, write to support@adflowpilot.com with the payment details. Once we confirm the error, we refund the extra payment to your original payment method; banks usually take 5–7 working days to show it. This covers payment errors only; it is separate from credits used for ads.
7. Your rights under law
Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
